Delete your account

Delete from the app

Open JobPilot AI and go to Profile > Settings > Delete account. Confirming this action deletes your Firebase Authentication account and the user-scoped JobPilot AI data stored under your account.

Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your JobPilot AI account. Use the subject “JobPilot AI Account Deletion” and include only the account email address needed to identify the account.

What is deleted

Your account profile and associated opportunities, documents, AI history, interview preparation data, reminders, and other user-scoped backend records are removed. Purchase records that a platform provider or developer must retain for fraud prevention, accounting, legal, or regulatory reasons may be retained only for the required period.

Subscriptions

Deleting your JobPilot AI account does not automatically cancel a store subscription. Cancel an active subscription separately in Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Timing and support

We will verify and process email requests within a reasonably prompt period. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion. For questions, visit Support.
