By using JobPilot AI, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Product scope
JobPilot AI provides career organization, application tracking, CV preparation, HR message drafting, interview practice, and AI-supported preparation tools. Outputs are drafts, estimates, and preparation support.
No guarantee
JobPilot AI does not guarantee a job, interview result, salary increase, offer, promotion, hiring outcome, or acceptance by any employer or applicant tracking system. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI outputs before using or sending them.
User responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you enter. Do not enter information you do not have permission to use, including confidential employer data, third-party personal data, or sensitive information that should not be processed.
AI outputs
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your exact situation. They are not legal, financial, employment, immigration, or professional hiring advice.
Subscriptions
Premium and Ultra Premium plans may unlock additional features. Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store on iOS and by Google through Google Play on Android. When purchase is confirmed, payment is charged to the applicable store account. Subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed price and billing period unless canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
Account access
You are responsible for keeping your account secure. JobPilot AI does not support anonymous production access; app data is tied to authenticated user accounts.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, attempt to access another user's data, abuse backend services, reverse engineer protected systems, or use the app to create harmful, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
Service availability
Some features rely on backend services, Firebase, StoreKit, and AI providers. Features may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, network issues, provider outages, or configuration problems.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the updated terms.
